The second sewage treatment plant of Yichuan City is located in Dazhuang Village, Chengguan Town, Yichuan County, covering an area of about 45 mu. The planned scale is 30,000 cubic meters per day, and the first phase is 20,000 cubic meters per day and the second phase is 10,000 cubic meters per day. The total investment in the first phase is about 160 million yuan. Investors are selected through BOT bidding, and the selected investors will establish a project company in Yichuan County according to law, and the project tenderer will grant the project company franchise rights. During the concession period, the project company is solely responsible for the investment and financing, design, construction, maintenance and operation of the bidding project. After the concession period expires, the project company will hand over the well-functioning sewage treatment plant to the tenderee free of charge. The entire project is scheduled to be completed and put into production in mid-2017, and the treated effluent quality will meet the standard after completion.
