Product Usage

Clean wardrobes and self-cleaning wardrobes are mainly used for the storage of clean clothes, shoes and hats in clean rooms, clean rooms, laboratories, operating rooms, and GMP workshops in the air purification industry to effectively control the cleanliness of the clean room.

working principle:

The FFU fan on the top of the clean closet sucks in air from above, and sends it to the clean closet at a uniform speed after initial and high-efficiency filtration, so as to ensure that the clothes and shoes in the clean closet are under positive pressure protection and are not polluted by external air.

Product configuration

1.   High efficiency filter: AAF ultra-high efficiency, ultra-low resistance filter, the efficiency is 99.99%@0.3um or 99.9995%@0.12um.

2.   FFU : German EBM backward-tilted external rotor high-efficiency centrifugal fan, low noise, maintenance-free, low vibration, long life, stable performance

3. Material: stainless steel or cold-rolled steel plate paint

4. Pressure display: optional digital display or pointer display. The American Dwyer differential pressure gauge indicates the differential pressure on both sides of the high-efficiency filter and promptly reminds the replacement of the high-efficiency filter.

5. Optional yellow light/ultraviolet germicidal lamp.

6. Optional PLC automatic control system.

7. Optional air self-circulation system to prevent secondary pollution.
