Five, transmission mechanism

The main components of the transmission mechanism are the motor and the reducer. The main difference lies in the difference in the filter period due to the amount of dust. The transmission process can be operated manually and automatically. The control circuit consists of a switch, a contactor, a time relay, and a pneumatic micro-pressure sensor, etc. It can use a power supply of 380V or 220V, 50Hz. When the filter resistance value exceeds the set value, the motor stops and the refueling process ends. When the filter material is exhausted, the switch on the top of the material reel will be opened immediately, the motor will stop running, and at the same time, it will form a closed loop with the buzzer and alarm indicator to send out an alarm. After the filter material is sufficient, the automatic control system returns to its normal state.
